I met with eight contractors to get quotes for a mini-split ductless system. Paul from A-Guy clearly had a lot of experience in sizing and installing these systems. He came out and proposed a system that met my needs and showed me several examples of installed systems that A-guy has done. I needed a clean install given the space I wanted this ductless system in. He showed up the day he said for the installation and completed the work the same day. Wonderful experience with someone who made me confident he had a lot of experience in doing this type of work. Paul was very professional, and courteous & listened to my request for a replacement ductless a/c unit. He kept me informed of order’s progress & showed up on the day & time he promised. Upon completion of the project, the old unit was removed from my property, along with all materials the new unit came packed in. I was very happy with his service & knowledge. Paul is the kind of contractor that you find and never need to look elsewhere. He is thorough, honest, hardworking, and does a quality job. We needed to replace our furnace, and it’s a huge investment. Paul walked us through the different kinds of furnaces available now (ours was from 1980…) so that we felt confident in making our selection, knowing where our money was going and why. He was patient with my questions and was meticulous in determining the correct size furnace for our space. When it came time to install, Paul and John were here all day, cutting no corners and leaving us with a warm house again. Paul was very professional, knowledgeable, and hard-working. He did an amazing job placing the ductless heating and a/c in my two-level house. He listened to all my requests and helped me to figure out the best options. He kept me informed of work progress and he finished the huge project on time.
