I was looking for a reliable company to install a mini split and spoke to several companies before Paul came out. His customer service was outstanding from the start. He did not try to hustle me into buying something I didn’t need or sell me a service contract like another company did. He was very honest and straight to the point. On the day of the install it was nearly 100 degrees outside and the crew still got the install completed in one day. The Mitsubishi mini split unit is running like a dream. Lastly, they are a veteran-owned company which I appreciate since I have vets in the family. So glad I went with A-Guy!
